Urgent Needs
- Resident/Client Advocate Assistant: Flexible daytime hours available for dedicated volunteers who would enjoy assisting the advocates with their client workload. Training is a must for this position.
- St. Joes Pantry: Shelter grocery shopping done every Tuesday morning.
- Transportation Needs for residents: Driving them to area appointments. (Reimbursement for mileage or Harbor House van is available.)
- Childcare: 6 - 8:00 PM every weekday night except Friday night.
- Donations: Sorting donations and clothes.
Assist Residents with Job Resumes, Job Searches, Job Applications, Computer Help
- Office/Computer Help: Typing labels, filing, shredding, stuffing envelopes, etc.
- Maintenance/General Labor Work: Yard Work; Painting; Handyman projects.
- Christmas Helpers: Needed in December. Morning-Afternoon and Evening shifts are available. Flexible hours.
